Any Bias? Yup, I generally like Ryan Reynold’s movies.

Review: To be honest, I didn’t think Kenneth Branagh and Ryan Reynolds would work acting opposite each other. Just seems like an odd pairing to me for some reason. Anyway, I’m glad I was wrong. They played well off each other, and I thought the movie was entertaining. The plot was nothing special, but it was decent for what it was. I recommend watching it.

Where to Watch: You can rent or purchase this movie at most digital movie retailers. As of this writing, it’s not available on any streaming service.

Any Bias? Yup, I love the Toy Story movies. I was definitely looking forward to seeing this one too.

Review: Overall, I liked it. I thought it was better than Toy Story 4, but not better than the first three movies. The message in this movie was thoughtful and gives you something to think about. But, that’s a different topic for a different day. The animation was top notch as usual and so was the voice acting. Even though this was the 5th movie in the franchise, it never felt like it, meaning it did not feel like a cash grab type of sequel. Which is something you can’t really say too often for a long running franchise.

I wholeheartedly recommend watching it. You won’t be disappointed, especially if you are a big fan of the Toy Story movies in general.

Any Bias? Some. I used to watch Masters of the Universe as a kid so I was a little interested to see how this movie would turn out.

Review: This movie was fun to watch! Popcorn type flick through and through. It doesn’t take itself too seriously and honestly, that is one of the main reasons I enjoyed it. The cast looked like they were having a lot of fun but, I think Alison Brie had the most fun out of all of them playing Evil Lyn.

Watch it if you’re in the mood for something silly that has pretty good action sequences. Just don’t expect too much.

Any Bias? I loved the show and I was looking forward to the movie.

Review: I thought the movie was entertaining and I liked it. Not sure why the critics were harsh. It wasn’t perfect by any means, but it was decent & it had its moments. I’d recommend watching it especially if you liked the show. There really isn’t too much more to say to be honest. So this review will be short and sweet.

Any Bias? Big fan of the Marvel movies in general.

Review: I must admit that I am more than likely in the minority when it comes to not caring for Tom Holland as Spider-Man. However, I really enjoyed this movie. Thanks to the great pacing and awesome story, this movie never felt long at all. Sadie Sink just nails it and so does the rest of the cast. This is the best Spider-Man movie from the Tom Holland era so far and it will be interesting to see if they can top it. I recommend it.

    Any Bias? None.

Review: I know most critics were very harsh toward this movie, but I liked it. It was entertaining and, in my opinion, not as bad as most made it out to be. I thought Milly did pretty good as Supergirl. Jason Momoa was not in the movie as much as the previews made it out to be but, that honestly did not distract from the movie at all. Eve Ridley however, stole the movie in my opinion. She did great! If you’re looking for something entertaining, you can’t go wrong here.

Any Bias? Yes, I am a fan of James Cameron’s movies, and I generally like the Avatar movies overall. I had decent hopes for the third installment that it would at least be just as good or better than the second one.

Review: Honestly, this one was pretty good, and I enjoyed it more than the second one. It never felt like it was 3 hours long, it went by quickly. The pacing and story were good. Oona Chaplin did great as Varang, she really knocked it out.

Story aside, it still amazes me how technically & visually impressive the Avatar movies are. I am just in awe anytime I watch one of them. The VFX in the third one is the best out of the three movies in my opinion. Can’t wait to see how James & crew top this one.

Any Bias? Yes, I liked the first 2 movies, so I watched this one with the expectation that I was going to like it.

Review: Well, I didn’t care for this one as much as I thought I would. The first 2 were just a fun watch. Sure, they weren’t the best movies, but they were entertaining. The third one was missing that ‘fun’ factor. I was disappointed in this one overall. Ahh well.
