Any Bias? Yes, I generally like Mark Wahlberg’s movies and this one looked like it could be funny.

Review: Well, it had its moments but overall, it just was not that funny. Most jokes failed to land in my opinion and they felt forced. Sacha Baron Cohen was one of the highlights of the movie. He was funny in his role. At the end of the day, it’s hard for me to recommend this one unless you’re a huge fan of Mark’s.

Any Bias? I like Adam Sandler & George Clooney’s movies for the most part.

Review: What a good movie! I thought both Adam & George did great in their roles. Not really used to seeing Adam play a role like this but he did great as Ron. The overall story was good and I thought they did a good job of showing Jay Kelly’s journey of self-discovery. I really do not want to say terribly too much more because I do not want to spoil it. I highly recommend watching it.

Any Bias? I loved the show and I was looking forward to the movie.

Review: I thought the movie was entertaining and I liked it. Not sure why the critics were harsh. It wasn’t perfect by any means, but it was decent & it had its moments. I’d recommend watching it especially if you liked the show. There really isn’t too much more to say to be honest. So this review will be short and sweet.

Where to Watch: As of this writing, this movie is a Netflix exclusive and is only available to watch on Netflix.

    Any Bias? No.

Review: This was better than I thought it would be to be honest. With that said, I don’t think they stuck the landing at the end, and it went on a little longer than it should have. Decent movie that was entertaining and suspenseful enough to keep you engaged. Just don’t expect terribly too much from it.

Any Bias? Big fan of the Marvel movies in general.

Review: I must admit that I am more than likely in the minority when it comes to not caring for Tom Holland as Spider-Man. However, I really enjoyed this movie. Thanks to the great pacing and awesome story, this movie never felt long at all. Sadie Sink just nails it and so does the rest of the cast. This is the best Spider-Man movie from the Tom Holland era so far and it will be interesting to see if they can top it. I recommend it.

    Any Bias? None.

Review: I didn’t really care for this movie. There were some good moments here and there but overall it was a miss. It never ‘clicked’ or really got going. Which stinks because the story was interesting enough and I felt like they could’ve done better. Only watch if you have nothing else to watch and want to kill some time.

    Any Bias? None.

Review: I know most critics were very harsh toward this movie, but I liked it. It was entertaining and, in my opinion, not as bad as most made it out to be. I thought Milly did pretty good as Supergirl. Jason Momoa was not in the movie as much as the previews made it out to be but, that honestly did not distract from the movie at all. Eve Ridley however, stole the movie in my opinion. She did great! If you’re looking for something entertaining, you can’t go wrong here.

Any Bias? Yes, I am a fan of Kevin Hart’s comedy and genuinely find his standup and movies funny.

Review: Ok, honestly, this movie was not that funny. I usually enjoy Kevin’s movies for the most part, so I was a little disappointed here. Most of the jokes felt forced and just did not land in my opinion. The story was actually good, just poorly executed. Ahh well. Can’t win them all. I say skip unless you’re a huge Kevin Hart fan that has to watch everything he is in.

  • Scary Movie – Extended Cut (2026)

Any Bias? Somewhat. I do like The Wayans Brothers; they are funny with the right movie. I was pleasantly surprised they got the rights back to this franchise. I was looking forward to it.

Review: I didn’t get a chance to watch this in theaters, so I had to settle for the Extended Cut 🙂 Overall, it was just ok. Some jokes & scenes were pretty funny; others fell a little flat and felt forced. If you enjoyed the first couple of Scary Movies The Wayans Brothers were involved in, then you will more than likely enjoy this one too. Otherwise, skip it.
